Nathanaelle has extensive expertise in various matters related to public law. She combines practical experience with a clear understanding of her clients’ market and commercial goals to create the most effective advice.
Nathanaelle focuses on questions regarding complex public procurement, PPPs, public real estate transactions and public contracts (including concessions). She also represents clients in contentious proceedings before the civil courts, the Constitutional Court and the Council of State.
Nathanaelle’s clientele comprises public and private clients active in a broad range of business sectors such as the government, real estate, construction, banking & finance, ICT, utilities, and health care sector.
She is the author of various publications on her areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences.
Nathanaelle graduated in law from Ghent University in 2005 and completed a postgraduate training in health care infrastructure at Campus Kulak Kortrijk (KU Leuven) in 2012. She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2005.
