Lieke specialises in corporate law, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, she has particular experience in advising listed companies on their corporate structure and corporate governance as well as on defence of hostile takeovers.

She has proven expertise in advising large Dutch companies on complex matters regarding restructurings, mergers & demergers and governance regimes.

Lieke holds a master’s in Dutch law and notarial law from Radboud University.
