Stibbe has successfully assisted ‘ABAB Accountants’ and ‘Alfa Accountants en Adviseurs’ in their merger process.

The merger was prompted by complementary expertise in the SME and agricultural sectors and because of the shared vision of participation. All employees of both offices will have the opportunity to become co-owners, which is an important step towards employee equity. With approximately 2,000 employees, the new combination positions itself as one of the larger players in the Dutch accountancy market.
