Stibbe is advising the stichting Voorbereiding Pallas-reactor on the licence under the Nuclear Energy Act granted on 15 February 2023 by the Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ANVS) and on all other required government approvals.

Stibbe assisted Belgian infrastructure funds DG Infra, Inframan, DHAM and PMF (PMV) as subordinated lenders in the EUR 850 million project finance of the Northwind offshore wind power project.

Stibbe assisted the Nuclear Energy Research Centre (SCK-CEN) on the financing, construction, and licensing of its new experimental nuclear reactor Myrrha.

Stibbe assisted Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV) in the reverse merger of Thenergo with ABO Holdings.

Stibbe advised EFG Hermes Private Equity on the equity financing of the acquisition by Vortex, its renewable energy platform, of a 49 percent stake in an operational 664 MW portfolio of European wind assets. The transaction is valued at euro 550 million.

Stibbe successfully assisted Limburgse Reconversiemaatschappij on the development of the new greenfield “Kristal Solar Park”.
