Stibbe assisted Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV) in transferring control of Thenergo to ABO Holdings.

PMV was a creditor and shareholder of listed-company Thenergo. PMV agreed with ABO Holdings on an integration of ABO’s activities with Thenergo, thereby allowing ABO to list on Euronext Brussels.
