Stibbe contributes to Chambers ESG Guide 2024
The year 2024 has been notable for developments in ESG. Climate cases, impactful new laws and regulations, and geopolitical developments have shaped – or will largely shape – companies' choices. Stibbe has been a key contributor to the Chambers ESG Guide 2024, addressing the most relevant ESG developments in the Netherlands and worldwide.
The Chambers ESG Guide provides comprehensive coverage of ESG developments on a global and jurisdictional basis. Heleen Kersten and Valérie van 't Lam authored the introduction for the 2024 edition of the guide and, together with Branda Katan, Marieke Driessen, Wouter den Hollander, Loes van Dijk and Sandra Rietveld, wrote the chapter on the legal ESG landscape in the Netherlands.
