Within Stibbe, Loes is a member of the ESG & Sustainability Focus Group, where she is responsible for the sustainability reporting pillar. She also serves on the Pro Bono Committee, contributing to the firm’s broader social impact initiatives.
Alongside her advisory work, Loes is pursuing a PhD on sustainability reporting in Dutch corporate law. She regularly publishes on corporate governance, sustainability reporting and other ESG-related legal developments, and sits on the editorial board of the Tijdschrift voor Jaarrekeningenrecht (Journal for Financial Reporting Law). In addition, she frequently speaks at conferences and professional events on these topics.
Loes holds master’s degrees in Civil Law and Strategic Management from Radboud University Nijmegen.
