The ports of Antwerp and Zeebrugge combine to create one of the world's leading ports.

Upon closing of the transaction which is subject to customary conditions precedent, the ports will continue under the name Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Together, the ports will strengthen their position in the global logistics chain and guarantee sustainable growth.​ In addition, the unified port will be able to meet the challenges of the future and lead the way in the transition to a low-carbon economy. ​
