Katrien specialises in all aspects of company law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and private and public joint ventures.
She obtained a master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2018. Katrien also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law from King’s College London.
She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2019.
