Sophie is a member of our Brussels corporate and M&A practice. She focuses on Belgian and international advisory, transactional and litigation work.
Sophie specialises in corporate law, including M&A and corporate governance, and in corporate financial law. She assists clients with acquisitions, restructurings and (auction) sales of Belgian companies. In addition, she regularly advises financial authorities on financial regulatory matters. Sophie also represents clients in the aforementioned subject areas before Belgian courts and Belgian and international arbitration tribunals.
Sophie holds a master’s degree in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain (2014). She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2016. Sophie completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in 2020.
