In addition, she focuses on subsidy law, specifically the Temporary Emergency Bridging Measure for Sustained Employment (NOW), and the European Emission Trading System (EU-ETS).
Her practice involves a wide range of consultancy and litigation concerning environmental permits and enforcement aspects of environmental law. She is a member of the Stibbe NOW team, which deals with cases relating to the Temporary Emergency Bridging Measure for Sustained Employment, in which she advises a wide range of clients and assists them in proceedings challenging the rejection of the subsidy application or the reduction of the amount of the subsidy.
Sandra has a master's degree in law from the University of Leiden (2018).
