Pjotr Broere specialises in complex corporate and commercial litigation, advising on a wide range of corporate law matters.
He obtained a PhD from the University of Nijmegen in 2022 with a doctoral thesis on the costs of inquiry proceedings. He also teaches several corporate law courses at the University of Nijmegen.
Pjotr has written numerous articles and case commentaries on corporate law issues.
He is a regular contributor to the Ondernemingsrecht law journal and a member of the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation (VCL).
