Neeltje has a broad range of experience in advising and litigating in cases regarding spatial planning and environmental and ecological permits. Her expertise includes chemical and sustainable projects, circularity and waste regulation.
Neeltje has a broad range of experience in advising and litigating in cases regarding spatial planning and environmental and ecological permits. Her expertise includes chemical and sustainable projects, circularity and waste regulation.
Her focus is especially on sustainable projects, such as solar parks, and onshore as well as offshore wind farms. With many interests at stake in such projects, she is used to discussing these complex issues with competent authorities and interest groups, and in court.
She completed the postgraduate course in spatial planning and environmental law from the Grotius Academy in 2019 with honours. She attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme in 2020. She regularly publishes articles on the Stibbe blog and in journals such as Bouwrecht and Milieu & Recht.
