The Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State rendered its judgment on the construction of wind farm N33 on 29 May 2019. Stibbe advises innogy and Yard on the construction of this wind farm.

The zoning plan and the permits are now irrevocable, and the construction of the wind farm (including 35 wind turbines and with an expected capacity of around 120 MW) can now begin in the province of Groningen. A team of Stibbe advised on the governmental decisions required for the construction and represented the permit holders at the hearings before the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State in 2018 and 2019.
