Nathalie specialises in EU and Belgian commercial law, unfair commercial practices, and consumer protection. She combines a practical approach with a deep understanding of her clients’ business interests to achieve the best results.
Nathalie’s areas of expertise include advertising and promotional activities, price indications, information obligations, sales guarantees, unfair contract terms, e-commerce, commercial agreements, and more. Further, she focuses on product labelling and food and tobacco legislation. She also assists clients in various litigation proceedings (including cease-and-desist claims) and contract drafting. She has published on various aspects of consumer protection and is regularly invited as speaker at seminars.
Nathalie obtained a master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp in 2016.
Before joining the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2021, Nathalie worked at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and spent three years as a lawyer in the commercial law practice of an independent Belgian law firm. She completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2023.
