Stibbe assisted global private investment firm Centerbridge Partners with the sale of FLI Group’s 8-Hotel Portfolio to Alchemy Step Hotel Group (ASHG), an investment platform in the European hotel sector.

Stibbe advised GRW, the South African tanker and trailer manufacturer allied with Schmitz Cargobull, on acquiring the industrial vehicle division of Van Hool, following the latter’s declaration of bankruptcy.

Stibbe advised Patrizia on behalf of its pan-European residential fund “Living Cities” on the acquisition from Besix RED of Evenepoel Properties SA who owns the Viridis project. Besix RED will ensure the turnkey development until completion.

Stibbe successfully assisted Union Investment with the acquisition from Patrizia AG, on behalf of the South Korean based AIP Asset Management, of the company owning the Astro Tower, the tallest passive building in Brussels.
