Jérôme’s key areas of specialism include transformation processes, from transfer of undertakings to complex company restructurings, with collective dismissals or closures. He has a wealth of experience in negotiations with union organisations, which he manages in close collaboration with his clients. In addition, he specialises in alternative remuneration schemes, particularly bonus plans, stock option or warrant plans, and group insurance. Jérôme also represents his clients in employment litigation matters before the courts.
He is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences.
He graduated in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2002. He also obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Ghent University in 2003.
Jérôme joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2003.
