Daphne van Wijk
Daphne works in the Employment and Benefits team and advises both national and international companies. As an employment lawyer, she advises and assists companies in complex collective and individual employment law matters.

She studied at the Utrecht University where she successfully completed her bachelor’s degree in law and her master's degree in criminal law. Subsequently, she studied at the VU Amsterdam, were she successfully obtained her master's degree in labour law (cumlaude) in 2021.
During her masters, she gained broad experience in the fields of corporate crime and labour law.
Daphne joined Stibbe in January 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
