Stibbe welcomes Philip De Roo as Counsel
Stibbe welcomes employment law expert Philip De Roo as new Counsel in its Brussels office. Philip strengthens Stibbe’s Employment, Benefits and Pensions practice as of 3 July 2023.
Philip possesses extensive expertise in employment and social security law, with over a decade of invaluable experience. He has a profound interest and expertise in the realm of international employment law. Philip regularly works for the banking and insurance sectors. He will also play a pivotal role in developing the team’s vast experience in litigation matters, encompassing employment and social security law as well as social criminal law.
Philip holds a master’s degree in law from Ghent University and an advanced master’s degree in tax law from Université libre de Bruxelles. Before joining Stibbe, he was an employment lawyer at two Belgian independent law firms for several years.
