Philip advises clients on remuneration schemes, termination indemnities, incentive schemes, and corporate restructuring. He also has a profound interest and expertise in the realm of international employment law. Moreover, Philip possesses specialised knowledge in the border area where employment law, social security law and tax law overlap. In addition, he handles litigation matters related to employment law, social security and social criminal law.
Philip is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences.
He holds a master’s degree in law from Ghent University and an advanced master’s degree in tax law from Université libre de Bruxelles. Before joining the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2023, he was an employment lawyer at two Belgian independent law firms for several years.
