Stibbe assisted AccorInvest Group S.A., a Luxembourg based strategic hotel investor, owner and operator, with all Luxembourg legal aspects linked to its inaugural bond issue for a nominal amount of €750 million, with a five-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 6.375%.

The bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted for trading on the Euro MTF Market thereof.
