Tom’s primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, and joint ventures. He is also active in the area of commercial litigation.
Furthermore, Tom advises on and represents clients in matters relating to employment law. He specifically has a broad experience in individual and collective employment law. Tom also defends his clients’ interests in complex litigation matters with respect to employment law issues, including pension schemes.
Tom has a master's degree in Commercial Law from Robert Schumann University, France (2004) and a master's degree in Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg (2004). In addition, he also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, United States (2005).
