Jean-Marc specialises in banking and finance law and capital markets. He combines pragmatism, knowledge and expertise to create effective solutions in every case he handles.
Jean-Marc is primarily active in banking and finance law and acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financing, structured finance, and debt (re)structuring. He also advises clients on debt and equity capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds issuances and IPOs, and he has significant expertise in financial sector regulatory matters.
Further to his practical expertise, Jean-Marc speaks at conferences on corporate and financial law, including corporate governance in listed companies and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements.
Jean-Marc graduated in Law from the University of Liège (1997). He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Duke University (2003).
Jean-Marc joined the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2013.
