Stibbe assisted the selling shareholders of Punch Powertrain on the sale of their participation to New Horizon Capital.

We assisted the shareholders of Punch Powertrain in their partial exit. Punch Powertrain shareholders included prominent Belgian private equity funds Gimv, LRM, Capricorn. and PMV, and the management. Stibbe advised them in relation to the partial sale of their participation to New Horizon Capital, an eminent China-based private equity fund. This transaction was one of the first Chinese private equity investments in the Benelux.
