Stibbe advises Lagardère Travel Retail

​International Duty Free, the leading Belgian travel retailer, is engaged in the operation of travel retail shops in airports and train stations, including the Brussels and Brussels South Charleroi airports and the Brussels South train station. International Duty Free also owns the concept “The Belgian Chocolate House" and a tax free shop at the United Nations Office in Nairobi, Kenya.

The acquisition confirms Lagardère Travel Retail's position as the world's third-largest operator of Duty Free airport points of sale and as the European leader in Travel Retail.
