Stibbe advises Insight Venture Partners and its portfolio company Zone & Co on the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Fast Four.

Insight Venture Partners is a New York private equity fund that invests in high-growth technology and software companies. Zone & Co is a leading NetSuite development accelerator for financial operations software. Fast Four is a full service ERP partner and the NetSuite specialist in the Netherlands and Belgium. NetSuite is the leading integrated cloud business software suite, including business accounting, ERP, CRM and ecommerce software. In this transaction, Stibbe worked closely together with Willkie Farr & Gallagher (New York).
