Rutger van Asbeck
Rutger is part of our Real Estate practice group and mainly focuses on projects, real estate transactions and construction. Furthermore, he frequently litigates on behalf of his clients involved in construction and real estate related conflicts before the courts and arbitration tribunals in the Netherlands.

Furthermore, he frequently litigates on behalf of his clients involved in construction and real estate related conflicts before the courts and arbitration tribunals in the Netherlands.
Before joining the Real Estate practice group, Rutger worked at the Corporate and M&A practice group, where he specialised in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He advised a broad range of both Dutch and international clients and listed companies.
Rutger has a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam (2019).
