Tim specialises in public law, with a particular interest in general administrative law, supervision and enforcement, and compliance and sanctions.
His practice is focused on advising and litigating on behalf of leading national and international companies and public bodies in relation to investigations, inspections and enforcement decisions of supervisory authorities. Relevant topics include working conditions, employment of foreign nationals, consumer protection, and food and product safety.
Tim obtained a master’s degree in Criminal Law (Utrecht University, 2021) and a cum laude master’s degree in Administrative Law (Utrecht University, 2022). He is a member of the Dutch Lawyers Association (NJV) and the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
