Roos specialises in environmental law and compliance and sanctions issues. She works in close collaboration with a wide range of clients, including international and leading companies and government authorities.

She assists and advises her clients by representing their interests before the courts and in negotiations, including liaising with relevant authorities regarding permit and zoning plan procedures and enforcement actions.
As a guest lecturer, Roos has given lectures on administrative procedural law at Leiden University and gives training courses and presentations on, among other things, the Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet).
Roos has a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Leiden University and completed the Grotius postgraduate specialisation course in Environmental Law.
She is a member of the Administrative Law Association, the Environmental Law Association and the Environmental Lawyers Association.
