Robin Tess obtained her master's degree cum laude in Corporate Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a thesis focused on the recognition and enforcement of non-EU judgments in the Netherlands.
She is also a member of several professional associations, including the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht (Dutch Association for Procedural Law), the Nederlandse Juristen Vereniging (Dutch Lawyers’ Association), the Vereniging voor Burgerlijk Recht (Association for Civil Law), and the Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten (Young Litigators’ Association).
