He focuses on non-standard labour relations (flexible labour), complex remuneration questions and on corporate employment law such as transfer of undertaking, employee participation and collective labour law.
Phinney has a master's in law from Leiden University (2014) and bachelor’s degree in Law, Leiden University (2013). He attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2020).
