Nienke Rozeman
Nienke is primarily active in banking and finance law and acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financing, structured finance and debt (re)structuring.

Nienke was the resident finance associate in our London office from April 2020 until December 2021.
She teaches the Capita Selecta-course 'Corporate Finance' for master students at the Master Private Law at the University of Utrecht.
Nienke has a master's degree in Private Law (Privaatrechtrecht: commerciële rechtspraktijk) from the University of Amsterdam.
In January 2017, Nienke joined the Stibbe Banking and Finance practice group and in February 2017, she was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
