Jaap’s expertise in litigation also encompasses pension matters for employers and pensions funds, regarding indexation and additional payment matters. Furthermore, Jaap handles management issues such as dismissal and reward.
He is a professor at the University of Amsterdam lecturing pension and employment law. In addition, he is co-editor of Holland’s most used commentary on Dutch employment law, “Tekst & Commentaar Arbeidsrecht”, and has written many articles on employment and pension law.
