Gérald focuses on complex and international acquisition and asset financing, private equity investments and (re)structurings, as well as general lending. His advice is based on a clear understanding of his clients’ business, aspirations, and commercial goals.
Gérald has a master’s degree in Law (1995) and a master’s degree in European and International Law (1996) from the Université catholique de Louvain. He is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) and served as Executive Partner of Stibbe Luxembourg from 2016 to 2021.
