Stibbe Luxembourg advised EFG Hermes's Vortex Energy on the sale of Vortex III.

Vortex Energy, a portfolio company of EFG Hermes's private equity arm Beaufort Investments, has concluded the sale of its controlling stake in the 365MW UK solar energy portfolio Vortex III to the Malaysian utility company TNB International.
The assets were valued at 500 million GBP.
The Stibbe Luxembourg Corporate and M&A team involved was led by Partner Gérald Origer and further involved Senior Associate Sabrina Lai-Cheong.
