Frederiek advises Stibbe’s clients on all aspects of data protection compliance, including in relation to new technology applications and business solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in employer/employee relations.
She obtained her master degrees in Philosophy and International Public Law (2016 and 2014).
Frederiek has written several articles and blogs on data protection, privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) related issues.
She is a member of Stibbe’s Pro Bono Committee and Digital Economy Committee and a member of the Dutch Association of Information Technology and Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Informatietechnologie en Recht (NVvIR)).
