Florent’s main focus is on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex company restructurings. He also advises clients on matters of general corporate law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. In addition, he has specific experience in the restructuring and governance of public sector entities and estate planning.

Florent lived and worked in Paris and New York. His time abroad has added a wealth of international experience to his expertise and has given him key insights into the needs of international clients. 

After graduating with a master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2013, Florent obtained an advanced master’s degree in Economic Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2014. He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2014.
