Stibbe advises Aedifica
Stibbe advised Aedifica, a Belgian listed company specialised in healthcare real estate, on its successful EUR 380 million rights issue.
Aedifica completed a capital increase through the issuance of 7,315,402 new shares for a total amount of EUR 380,400,904.00. The capital increase took place by way of a public offering in Belgium, followed by a private placement of scrips to institutional investors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.
Aedifica is a Regulated Real Estate Company under Belgian law specialised in European healthcare real estate, particularly in elderly care. The company has developed a portfolio of more than 620 sites in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Ireland and Spain, worth more than EUR 5.7 billion.
