She advises on all employment aspects related to mergers and acquisitions. She also has expertise on a wide range of employment matters that play a part in transactions, restructurings, closures and outsourcings. In addition, Ea advises on many strategic employment law issues such as transfer of undertaking, corporate governance, board member contracts and employee representative matters with labour unions and works councils.
In 2021, Ea has completed a post-graduate programme on M&A in addition to her knowledge of employee matters related to transactions.
Before joining Stibbe, Ea worked at an international consultancy firm and other law offices.
Ea has written several articles for legal magazines. She regularly teaches post-graduate courses.
She has a degree in Dutch law (1996) from University of Amsterdam. Ea has also attended the Stibbe Mini MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2020).
