Stibbe advised Renew Holding, a specialist in engineering services for critical infrastructure, on the acquisition of Full Circle Wind, the independent, multi-brand wind turbine services provider serving the UK and European onshore wind markets, for £50.5m. The acquisition represented a compelling strategic fit given the projected increase in onshore wind in Europe.
