Daniël represents a range of both national and international clients, including national and international contractors and contracting authorities.
He holds a bachelor's degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen and a master's degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Groningen (2019), where he graduated cum laude.
Daniël is co-author of the Dutch yearly Chronicle of European Public Procurement Law (Kroniek van het europese aanbestedingsrecht) and of "De UAV-GC 2020, beter ten halve gekeerd dan ten hele gedwaald", an article on the proposed revision of important general conditions for the construction industry in the Netherlands. He also is a regular contributor to various blogs on construction law related topics.
