Claire-Marie is engaged in a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters. She combines her practical and academic expertise in assisting clients in achieving their legal, commercial, and business goals.
Claire-Marie particularly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, co-investments, and corporate real estate. She also has special expertise in private equity matters such as acquisition structuring.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and a member of the Real Estate Association of Luxembourg (LuxReal). Since July 2017, she is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Claire-Marie holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon (2001). She also obtained a master’s degree in Business Law and a Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law from the University of East Anglia (2002). Furthermore, Claire-Marie holds a degree in Advanced Specialised Studies in Corporate Tax Law from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (2003) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia (2004).
Claire-Marie joined the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2010.
