Bruno Lombaert
Bruno has extensive expertise in public and administrative law. He combines both legal and academic skills for the benefit of public and private parties.

Bruno mainly focuses on public procurement, public real estate projects, public financing and public sector taxation. Before joining Stibbe, he was an auditor magistrate for the Council of State (contentious section) for seven years. Bruno also participated in projects undertaken by the legislation department of the Council of State, which makes him an expert in drafting legislative and regulatory texts. In addition, he represents clients in contentious procedures before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and the civil courts.
Bruno is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences. He is also a lecturer on administrative law at the Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles and on public procurement at the University of Liège.
Bruno holds a master’s degree in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain. He also obtained a certificate of training in cassation procedures.
Bruno joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2007.
