By judgment of the District Court of Amsterdam of 1 December 2008, N.V. De Indonesische Overzeese Bank (The Indonesia Overseas Bank) ("Indover bank") has been declared bankrupt. Mr. A. van Hees and Mr. H.P. de Haan RA have been appointed as bankruptcy trustees in this bankruptcy. By order of 18 March 2011, the delegated judge discharged Mr. H.P. de Haan RA as bankruptcy trustee as of 1 April 2011 and appointed Ms. C.M. Harmsen as bankruptcy trustee as of 1 April 2011. 1 September 2022, the delegated judge discharged Mr A. van Hees as bankruptcy trustee as of 1 September 2022.
