Wouter den Hollander wins award for finest administrative law publication in 2018

On Friday 19 January 2019, Wouter den Hollander received the award for finest administrative law publication in 2018.
Amsterdam

The award was given by jury member Professor Konijnenbelt for Wouter’s publication on “Relativiteit, de correctie-Widdershoven en het keurslijf van het gelijkheidsbeginsel”, which explores the application of the so-called Widdershoven-correction by the Dutch Council of State Court in assessing the validity of legal acts by public bodies. It was published in the Dutch Journal of Administrative Law (NTB) 2018-3.

As part of the prize, Wouter received the "Blue bird" bronze sculpture by visual artist Tajddin Özen from Nijmegen.
