Symposium “CSRD in the boardroom”
On Thursday 22 June, the Van der Heijden Institute (VHI), the Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R) of Radboud University and Stibbe will host a symposium on "CSRD in the boardroom: impact of CSRD on in-house counsel, executive directors and supervisory board members". Prof. Claartje Bulten (Professor of Corporate Law, VHI) and Prof. Steven Hijink (Professor of Corporate Reporting, VHI, and counsel at Stibbe) will be the moderators.
The CSRD not only leads to European harmonisation of sustainability reporting, but goes significantly further. Companies need to adapt their organisation and governance to comply with the CSRD in the very short term. During this symposium, a variety of speakers will share their thoughts from different perspectives on the impact of the CSRD on companies and their in-house counsel, executive directors and supervisory board members.
