With our unique start-up programme we continue to support innovative companies that may face a variety of legal challenges in their early stages. Therefore we are open to new start-ups and scale-ups that are ready to take their product or service to the next level.
Start-ups and scale-ups are at the forefront of innovation and are therefore of unparalleled value to the market. Due to their innovation power, they may operate in unchartered territory or face legal issues in new markets that have not been explored before. Sound legal advice is crucial to grow business and guide the company through its early stages.
We recognize that these often new and ever-changing challenges do not always fit the traditional client-lawyer relationship. That is why we started our first start-up programme in 2012. We were one of the first law firms to actively support start-ups through their early stages for reduced rates. The current Stibbe StartsUP programme, launched in 2017, has been built upon our early experiences with start-ups and scale-ups. The programme is unique because our entire office participates and participants get access to all the in-depth legal advice they may need.
