He handles transactions such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, de-SPAC transactions and share buy-backs. He also advises a broad spectrum of listed clients on their corporate and regulatory legal matters, as well as clients that wish to obtain a listing.
Thijn obtained his law degree from the University of Leiden in 2018. Thijn also obtained a master's degree in forensic criminology from the University of Leiden in 2017 for a thesis on the suppression of internal corporate fraud.
