Stibbe congratulates Prologis

Stibbe congratulates Prologis on acquiring 6.5 hectares of land at the sustainable business park Business Centre Treeport (BCT) in Zundert near Breda, where they will develop a high-quality warehouse facility of 47,246 square meters. The all-electric warehouse will have a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ classification and features such as solar panels, heat pumps, and smart metering. The facility will support customers’ growth and sustainability goals and benefit from BCT’s own energy generation and ecological zone. The development will be completed mid-2024.
