Stibbe advised Viatris, a global healthcare company, on all EU regulatory processes related to the planned divestiture of substantially all of its European Over-the-Counter (OTC) business to Cooper Consumer Health (CCH). With all required clearances in place, Viatris expects to have the divestiture completed in early July 2024.
